Happy 4th of July!!!

In honor of our country's independence, I thought I would create a list of my most patriotic books. What is a patriotic book list you might ask? Well, one with the words red, white, and blue in it, of course!

RED
Red Seas Under Red Skies (Gentleman Bastard, #2)
Only fitting the best "red" book comes from one of my favorite series.

Where the Red Fern Grows
This was one of my favorite books growing up. I think I need a re-read soon!

Tigers in Red Weather
Any word on this one? Looking forward to reading it!

WHITE

White Oleander
Did you really not expect to see this on the list? Phenomenal!

Vision in White (Bride Quartet, #1)
Another one of my favorite series. Can't go wrong with Nora!

The Woman in White
This is what we call "classic white."

And Honorable Mention goes to:
On Folly Beach
One of my all time favorite books!

BLUE
The Last Little Blue Envelope (Little Blue Envelope, #2)

Something Blue (Darcy & Rachel, #2)

This one was a little bit of a stretch. These are literally the only two "blue" books on my shelf. And I don't have any "blue" books on my TBR. Any suggestions?

There you have it. In case you needed some patriotic reading over the weekend. I know I will be cooking out, drinking lots of beverages, reading some good books, and celebrating our independence this weekend and hope you do the same!

  1. Haha thank you! I'm not so good at coming up with the more creative (read: non-review) posts but I tried :)
